■出航の場合はほたるいかミュージアム売店 にて 午前2時〜2時20分の間に受付を 済ませてください。
●In the case of departures   Please complete the reception at the souvenir shop of the Hotaruika Museum,  between 2:00 am and 2:20 am. 

■欠航の場合は集合する必要はありません。
欠航の際は乗船予約日の9時〜17時 (入館は16時30分まで) にほたるいかミュージアムにご入館いただけます。（本サイトからご予約されたお客様へ　欠航の場合、乗船料金は引き落とされません）

＊No admission fee required. Please tell your name and number of people at the reception desk.
Boarding fees are only payable when the ship is sailing.
For customers who have booked via this website, if the voyage is cancelled, their credit card payment will also be cancelled. The boarding fee will not be debited.

[ Cautionary points ]
After the departure is announced, depending on sea conditions, we may decide to cancel the tour just before departure. In addition, even if the ship departs from port, the tour may be canceled suddenly due to sudden changes in the natural environment. Regardless of departure or cancellation, all transportation costs incurred by the customer will be borne by the customer.
Meeting time is 2am. Public transportation is not operating. There is no place to wait.
Accommodations in Namekawa City have plans that include transportation, or you can travel on foot. Highly recommended.
